Our mattresses are carefully wrapped and secured for transportation to ensure they arrive in perfect condition—no damage, no hassle.

Mattresses should never be rolled or bent, thats why we send them in one peice carefully wrapped in one peice.

“Delivery of smaller items typically takes between 5 to 7 working days from the date of order. These items are shipped using a tracked service, allowing customers to monitor their delivery and receive updates on its progress.

Most mattresses and larger items are delivered within approximately 10 working days after we have received full confirmation of the required size, shape, and any specific requirements. As these items are often made to order or require specialised handling, this timeframe allows us to ensure the highest standards of quality and care.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date where applicable.

You are welcome to inspect your item before signing for the delivery. 

We recommend checking that the goods are in satisfactory condition and free from any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery and ensure this is noted before signing.

“In most cases, all of our deliveries are provided free of charge. 

However, customers are advised to check for confirmation at the time of ordering, particularly if the delivery address is located in an outlying or remote part of the country. 

In such areas, additional charges may apply depending on location and accessibility. We will always aim to communicate any applicable delivery costs clearly in advance.”

We use Parcelforce Worldwide tracking for all deliveries of our smaller parcels. 

This allows us to provide a reliable and efficient service, giving our customers full visibility of their shipment from dispatch through to delivery. 

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to monitor the progress of your parcel in real time.
